About the Role

Due to internal movement, we are excited to welcome a Graduate or Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to our North Shore (Albany) branch. This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the start of their career who is motivated, people-focused, and keen to build a future in recruitment and consulting.

You'll work closely with experienced consultants to support clients across West and Northern Auckland, learning how to deliver high-quality permanent recruitment solutions from start to finish. Full training, mentoring, and ongoing development will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing

With structured support and coaching, you will:

  • Learn how to deliver an excellent end-to-end recruitment experience, from candidate sourcing and screening through to placement and aftercare
  • Build and manage talent pools, helping candidates find rewarding career opportunities
  • Support client relationships and gradually develop your confidence in business development
  • Work towards achieving agreed performance goals and KPIs, with clear development milestones

What We're Looking For

We're more interested in potential and attitude with someone who is sales minded. You may be a recent graduate or someone starting their professional career.

You'll bring:

  • A strong customer or people focus (retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service experience is highly valued)
  • Confidence communicating with a wide range of people
  • A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • An interest in sales, business, or relationship management
