We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team, working across a diverse range of people assisting with daily living based in Northeshore. This role offers a unique opportunity to support people to live meaningful, active lives while making a genuine difference every day.

About the Role, You will be supporting clients with a range of disabilities, including:

Cerebral palsy
Brain injury
Spinal injuries
Support may be provided both in the home and out in the community. Every day is different, and you will play an important role in helping clients maintain independence and quality of life.

Key Duties:
Assistance with personal cares
Medication support
Household cleaning
Community outings and appointments
Outdoor activities such as biking and walks
Supporting clients in environments such as swimming pools and spa pools
You will need to be comfortable working in family homes that may include pets (dogs and cats).

What We're Looking For
Working rights in New Zealand (mandatory)
Full New Zealand driver's licence and own reliable vehicle
Healthcare Level 2 - Level 4 qualification (ideal but not essential)
Experience or interest in supporting people with disabilities
Compassionate, reliable, and supportive nature
Confidence working across a variety of environments and activities
